ERP Functional Consultant

Responsibilities Manage and consult on the implementation and operation of ERP systems, including financial administration, HRM, CRM, resource management, project management, and support (ticketing) systems; Set up and configure the base ERP system, including financial, HRM, and project management administrations; Configure user management and authorization models within the ERP system; Set up task and approval flows to optimize business processes; Ensure the ERP system operates within its existing functionality while meeting the specific requirements of the business; Build and utilize integrations (API management); Resolve minor issues independently without handing everything off to developers; Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to analyze needs, build clickable prototypes, and propose effective solutions—not just document them; Contribute to business intelligence (BI) and reporting initiatives as needed; Develop new connectors and add-ons to extend ERP system functionality. Requirements Academic degree in Informatics, Engineering, or other related field; Proven experience in implementing and managing similar ERP systems (e.g., Rivilé); Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman) – beneficial; Proficient in .NET, JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS and/or Python – beneficial; Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
