ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking for an ERP Softone Consultant

Our client is a well-established IT services company specializing in IT and ERP solutions, providing implementation, customization, and support to help local and international clients improve efficiency through reliable and scalable systems.

📌 Location: Central Greece

📍 Working Model: 100% Remote/ Relocation Οptions

🖋️ You will be reporting to: Team Leader

What you will do:

As an ERP SoftOne Consultant, you will participate in the implementation, customization, and support of ERP solutions, translating business requirements into efficient technical outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support end users, and contribute to the successful delivery of ERP projects within defined timelines and quality standards.

More specifically:

• Implementing, configuring, and supporting ERP and commercial management systems
• Analyzing client business requirements and translating them into functional ERP solutions
• Developing and maintaining database queries and structures using Microsoft SQL Server
• Supporting ERP customizations using JavaScript
• Collaborating with internal technical and consulting teams
• Providing user support, troubleshooting, and system optimization
• Delivering user training and documentation
• Ensuring project milestones are met according to agreed timelines

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant discipline (University / Technical Institute)
• 2-3 years of experience in ERP Consultant related roles
• Previous experience with SoftOne ERP System
• Excellent command of both Greek and English language
• Strong team-oriented mindset and communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and structured project schedules

Any of the following will be considered an asset

• SoftOne certifications
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, JavaScript, APIs interfaces
• Project Management skills
• Experience with Accounting and Finance
• Telco or Manufacturing Business knowledge
• Knowledge of the German language
