Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an ERPNext Functional Consultant. The consultant will analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and map them to ERPNext modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, HR, and Projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and testing ERPNext workflows, preparing functional documentation, supporting data migration, and coordinating with technical teams on customizations and integrations. The role involves conducting user training, providing post-implementation support, and helping clients optimize system usage for efficiency and compliance. The consultant will collaborate closely with stakeholders, manage priorities across multiple projects, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and templates.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and user training capabilities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of business processes across areas such as operations, procurement, inventory, HR, and projects.
- Candidates should possess consulting skills, including client management, solution design, and implementation support.
- Candidates should possess understanding of finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext (or similar ERP platforms) in a functional or implementation role.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple assignments, and meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with SMEs or multi-industry clients in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage.
- Familiarity with project management practices and basic understanding of SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
