We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Administrator to manage and oversee escrow transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of funds and documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and experienced in coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant closings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, manage, and close escrow accounts in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Process and track deposits, disbursements, and fund transfers.
  • Review and verify escrow instructions, agreements, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and attorneys to ensure all conditions are met prior to closing.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain detailed transaction records.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or compliance issues promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute closing statements and reports.
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to applicable laws and internal controls.


Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in escrow, real estate, banking, or legal administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and escrow or Profit Power (real estate back office software)
  • Strong understanding of escrow procedures, compliance, and fund management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with real estate transactions or financial escrow processes.
  • Knowledge of state and federal escrow regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
