About the Role This is a hands-on consulting role in banking where ESG reporting is evolving quickly and regulatory expectations are growing. You will join work that combines report production, process development, data analysis, and collaboration with IT to strengthen ESG reporting across areas such as Pillar 3 and Pillar 1. There are several openings with different focus areas, so the role can suit you whether your strength is end-to-end reporting processes or a more technical data and tooling profile. It is a great opportunity to work close to regulation, data, and business-critical reporting in a field that is high on the agenda. Job Description You will contribute to ESG report production and help ensure high-quality delivery in line with guidelines, work procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will help develop ESG reporting processes, including work related to Pillar 3 and Pillar 1. You will work with datasets, analyze changes and outcomes, and compile reports for financial supervisory authorities. You will write process requirements for future ESG reporting and refine them together with the solution delivery unit for IT development. You will support testing by performing UAT and dry runs for developed features. You will collaborate across teams and help move reporting, data handling, and automation work forward. Requirements You have fluency in English, both written and spoken. You work confidently in Excel. You have experience in data handling, reporting, and process automation. You have a flexible approach towards changes and enjoy cross-team collaboration. For a process-oriented profile, you have 5+ years of professional experience, ESG knowledge, experience in reporting system development, and end-to-end process handling. For a technical profile, you have 2+ years of professional experience. For the Alteryx-focused profile, you also have good or advanced Alteryx skills. Nice to have Experience with SQL, Python, or other relevant tools. Understanding of banks' balance sheet structure. Stakeholder management and strong communication skills. Experience in reporting system development if your background is primarily technical.
