Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy Estate Manage? This unique role sits at the intersection of enterprise systems administration, elite hospitality tech, and hands-on workforce enablement. If you love mastering specialized software, managing Apple-centric ecosystems, and traveling to luxury destinations to train teams, this is your next adventure.
- Remote-first, with a strong preference for candidates living within 1–2 hours of the Philadelphia suburbs for monthly in-office collaboration (1–2 times per month).
- Approximately 25% travel across the U.S. and potentially Europe.
- Reports directly to the Principal.
Responsibilities
System Administration & Architecture
- Platform Ownership: Serve as the sole administrator for specialized estate and operations management software (including NINES).
- Data Integrity: Manage user permissions, onboard new profiles, and maintain a clean, scalable data architecture.
- Ecosystem Integration: Ensure flawless integration of operational platforms across field-deployed iPhones, iPads, and corporate iCloud environments.
On-Site Enablement & Training
- Hands-On Instruction: Conduct dynamic training sessions (both remote and on-site during travel) to help non-technical field and property staff master digital workflows.
- Operational Bridge: Connect corporate technology goals with real-world property operations.
- Workflow Optimization: Proactively audit platform workflows to eliminate friction and maximize communication efficiency between global teams.
Estate Operations Support
- Standard Operating Procedures: Translate physical property operations into structured, digital SOPs and templates within the management platform.
- Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with external AV, smart-home automation, and IT vendors to ensure seamless technology handoffs to the property staff.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5+ years in systems administration, corporate technology training, or managing operations software for high-end hospitality or private estates.
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience setting up and administering specialized property management or enterprise operational systems (experience with NINES Systems Administration is a major plus).
- Hardware Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with corporate and deployment-level Apple ecosystems (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, iCloud integration).
- Communication: Exceptional emotional intelligence and patience; ability to teach complex digital tools to non-technical employees clearly.
- Discretion: Demonstrated history of working with extreme discretion and confidentiality.
Benefits
Competitive salary and benefits package: 100% employer-paid benefits for the employee and
family. 9% 401(k) contribution. 3 weeks PTO, generous paid holiday
