Real Estate & Probate Contract Attorney Contract | Remote | Broward County, FL Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking an experienced Real Estate & Probate Contract Attorney to support complex transactional and probate matters. This fully remote role requires a Florida‑licensed attorney with strong drafting skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to independently manage sophisticated files, including matters involving high‑net‑worth clients and estates. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client care. The ideal Estate & Probate, & Attorney holds a JD from an accredited law school, is an active member of the Florida Bar, and has at least three years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation, estate planning, probate administration, and related litigation. Candidates with an LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning are strongly preferred. They must demonstrate proficiency in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced directives, settlement agreements, and complex contracts, as well as conducting legal research and advising clients on asset protection, tax implications, and probate procedures. Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive client matters with empathy and discretion are essential. The strongest candidates will show sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively with financial advisors, CPAs, and internal staff while meeting firm performance expectations.
