We're looking for a
Commercial Estimator to join our Living Places team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your commercial expertise, work alongside industry professionals and contribute to projects that keep communities connected and thriving.
You'll be supported by experienced colleagues who are committed to sharing their knowledge, helping you grow your skills and encouraging your career development every step of the way.
What you'll be doing
- Producing accurate cost estimates and pricing submissions
- Reviewing project information, specifications and tender documents
- Supporting bid and tender activities
- Working collaboratively with operational, commercial and project teams
- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records and estimating documentation
- Contributing to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects
