About the Role We are seeking a Full-Time Commercial Painting Estimator to support the company's growing bidding pipeline. Support a high-volume monthly bidding schedule while maintaining accuracy and deadlines. Collaborate closely with the internal estimating team to ensure consistency across bids. Maintain organized estimating files and documentation throughout the bidding process. Continuously improve estimated quality and efficiency through proactive communication and attention to detail. Qualifications Required 2–5+ years of estimating experience specifically in commercial painting, coatings, or wall coverings. Experience estimating projects for U.S.-based commercial painting contractors. Strong understanding of commercial painting methods, coatings, finishes, and labor productivity. Proficiency with PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel . Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction specifications. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
