Key Responsibilities Lead the integration and optimization of sales technologies to improve sales operations Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives Streamline workflows and automate processes to enhance efficiency and productivity Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and tools Provide training and support to sales teams on the effective use of technology solutions YOU MUST HAVE 2+ years of transferrable experience Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the technology industry Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and solutions being sold Experience in managing and developing a sales team WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Technical certifications or advanced degree preferred Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team Proven ability to drive results and achieve targets Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide technical support to the sales team Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
