What You’ll Be Doing R eporting to an Australia-based manager, you’ll be part of the Estimating team, and will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of pre-order, quoting, and ordering processes, and collaborating with a wider international team. Your key tasks will include: Prepare accurate material take-offs and bills of quantities using measuring software. Verify customer orders for correct quantities and pricing. Identify and escalate plan or pricing issues. Ensure quotes meet customer and project requirements. Maintain quote records and meet KPIs. Prepare accurate material and labour estimates and generate supplier POs and labour contracts. Ensure take-offs, POs, and plans are consistent with quotes and supply agreements. Minimise material waste and validate invoicing details. What You’ll Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
