In this role you will: Provide implementation and support of Informatica Power Center, Informatica Cloud tools (IDMC), Tibco Data Virtualization, Splunk including patches and upgrades for environments Set up and configuration of enterprise production, QA, development and disaster recovery environments Back-up and recovery of software, repository and configurations Disaster recovery planning, design, execution and documentation Monitoring environments and suggesting improvements for stability and performance tuning Provide technical support and work with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective operating environment including throughput, repository sizing, capacity planning and maintenance Make proposals and participate in the planning of new and enhanced technologies or services within area of expertise Define standards and implement best practices to manage and support all environments Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, deployment diagrams and checklists Automating routine tasks where appropriate Develop operating system scripts, data transfers, monitoring, etc. What makes you an ideal candidate? Knowledge of business processes for supported business groups Knowledge of security methodologies, policies, standards and best practices Knowledgeable of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutions Significant experience in a large and complex business environment Knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure and operations Working knowledge of information systems and operations systems for supported business groups Must have advanced knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter on UNIX and Informatica Cloud tools (IDMC) Must have moderate knowledge using UNIX (IBM AIX a plus); UNIX scripting knowledge is important Office software including strong ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting and data mining purposes Strong people skills including the ability to interact with employees at all levels Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to meet expected delivery dates and the tasks necessary to achieve objectives Must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision Flexible schedule including on call rotation with possibility of working long hours including weekends/holidays, occasional overtime or split shifts may be required Education & Work Experience Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work or military experience preferred 5-7 years of overall experience in Information Systems required Additional Knowledge and Skills Working effectively within an AI enabled environment: Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection AI Skills Preferred: Experience with AI assisted software development or automation Knowledge of prompting techniques to improve output quality Awareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and limitations What We Offer : Generous benefits package available on day one to include: 401K matching, bonding leave for new parents (12 weeks, 100% paid), tuition assistance, training, GM employee auto discount, community service pay and nine company holidays.
