You will be expected to identify recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate teams. You will be working closely with O365, G-Suite, Azure, and VMware. Hybrid System Administrator (Tier 2) MSP Duties: Upgrading hardware and software as needed to ensure optimal workstation performance. Systems set up and testing including installing and updating OS and software. Troubleshoot network devices, printers, and business-specific or line-of-business applications.
