EUC Architect

We are looking for an experienced EUC Architect to design, implement, and support Infrastructure and End User Computing (EUC) solutions, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, security, and modern workplace technologies.

💼 Role: EUC Architect

🏗️ Design, develop, and support infrastructure and EUC architecture solutions

🛠️ Architect and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for device management, security, compliance, and application deployment

💻 Manage Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments, including device policies, updates, applications, and security

🚀 Create, test, and deploy Windows Autopilot deployment and Enrollment Status Page (ESP) profiles

📦 Manage application packaging, patching, testing, and deployment through Intune

🔐 Implement and manage endpoint security solutions including BitLocker, LAPS, Microsoft Defender, ASR Rules, AppLocker, security baselines, and compliance policies

📱 Manage mobile device environments using Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, and Android Zero Touch

☁️ Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), virtual applications, remote applications, and virtualized browser environments

🖥️ Manage Windows and Mac Standard Operating Environments (SOE), including application, driver, and OS updates

🏪 Design and manage Windows, iOS, and Android Kiosk environments, including applications, restrictions, policies, and security

📋 Develop and execute testing plans and test cases for new technologies, hardware, applications, and Microsoft 365 upgrades

🔄 Manage Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams

🔗 Implement Single Sign-On (SSO)solutions for applications across the organization

📧 Manage Templafy, including corporate email signatures, banners, and related policies

🖥️ Support server management, OS updates, application updates, and security improvements

🔧 Develop scripts and remediation packages to resolve endpoint issues and improve device compliance

🛡️ Manage certificates, shared access tokens, USB access controls, and endpoint security policies

🧑‍💻 Act as an escalation point for EUC and Service Desk teams, resolving complex technical incidents and problems

📈 Perform proactive problem management and identify opportunities for architecture and infrastructure improvements

🤝 Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to deliver successful solutions

📚 Create technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), continuity processes, and knowledge-transfer materials

👥 Provide coaching, mentoring, training, and technical guidance to IT staff and end users

💡 Evaluate technology trends and industry developments and assess their potential impact on the organization's technology environment

🔄 Support change management activities, including planning, testing, implementation, and documentation

💻 Assist with new PC procurement by testing hardware compatibility with the organization's environment

✅5+ years of experiencein EUC, Modern Workplace, Infrastructure Architecture, Endpoint Management, or a related IT role

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager

✅ Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management

✅ Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, SSO, application management, and device compliance

✅ Strong experience managing endpoint security, including BitLocker, LAPS, Defender, ASR Rules, AppLocker, security baselines, and compliance policies

✅ Experience with Apple Business Manager, iOS, macOS, Samsung Knox, and Android Zero Touch

✅ Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)and application/desktop virtualization

✅ Hands-on experience with application packaging, patching, deployment, scripting, and remediation

✅ Experience designing and managing Kiosk environmentsacross Windows, iOS, and Android

✅ Strong understanding of SOE management, device policies, OS updates, driver updates, and application lifecycle management

✅ Experience with Templafy, TeamViewer, Company Portal, and other endpoint management tools is an advantage

✅ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project, infrastructure, security, and service desk teams
