Team Lead, Consulting

The ERP Team Lead Consultant is responsible for overseeing the implementation and configuration of ERP solutions across client projects. This role involves leading a team of consultants, ensuring the successful deployment of ERP systems, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives. The Team Lead will manage the day-to-day activities of the team, mentor junior consultants, and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. The role also involves providing technical and functional guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Lead and manage a team of consultants during ERP implementation projects Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Oversee the configuration and customization of ERP systems to meet client needs Develop and execute test plans to ensure software configurations align with client requirements Provide training to key users and assist with user acceptance testing Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards Monitor project progress, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Basic Qualifications: Experience leading ERP implementation projects and managing project teams Experience with ERP systems and modules (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing) Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into system configurations Experience with system integration, data migration, and testing processes Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions Experience in client interaction and team collaboration Experience managing multiple tasks and meeting project deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based ERP systems or SaaS solutions Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall Experience with ERP integration tools and platforms Experience with project management certification or equivalent experience Experience with advanced certification in ERP solutions
