The challenge ahead: As an European B2B Email Marketing Specialist, you will help us reinvent lead generation through email, across 8 European markets. Your responsibilities: Campaigns & execution • Design, build and ship transactional and promotional emails, hand in hand with our design team • Run periodic newsletters end to end: scheduling, segmentation, A/B testing • Deliver lead-generation email campaigns on behalf of our advertiser clients, across markets Deliverability & sender reputation • Monitor and improve domain and IP reputation across our sending infrastructure • Own authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), suppression lists, bounce handling and complaint resolution • Keep us landing in the inbox — not the Promotions or Spam tab AI & automation • Bring AI into the workflow: copy and subject-line generation, multilingual adaptation, segmentation and send-time optimisation without losing our voice • Help us rethink personalisation and lead qualification at scale • Turn campaign data into a repeatable, partly automated optimisation loop Optimisation & advisory • Analyse performance — CTR, conversions, replies, unsubscribes — and act on it • Recommend landing-page (UX / CRO) improvements tied to each campaign • Evaluate our current tools and tell us honestly what to keep, change or drop About you: • 3+ years hands-on in email marketing, ideally at real volume • A proven track record in email-driven lead generation and rate optimisation • Confident with one or more professional email / ESP platforms • Solid grasp of deliverability: IP/domain reputation, blacklist monitoring, authentication protocols • Able to give practical UX / CRO input on landing pages • Autonomous, detail-oriented, at ease in a multi-market, multilingual setup • Fluent English required; other European languages (French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) a plus Are you a passionate professional looking for new opportunities?
