As our network continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced EV Construction & Delivery Manager to help deliver the next phase of this exciting journey. Working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and utility providers, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to our operational sites. Day to Day, You'll: Lead EV charging hub and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion. Coordinate site surveys, feasibility studies and project development activities. Manage external consultants, contractors and specialist partners. Oversee construction delivery, quality standards, health & safety and programme performance. Coordinate DNO, IDNO, ICP and other statutory approvals and utility connections. Manage project budgets, cost validation, contract administration and change control. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, Building Regulations and company standards. Lead project meetings, site reviews and stakeholder updates. Manage testing, commissioning, energisation and project handovers. Work with Operations teams to ensure sites are fully ready for launch and ongoing operation. What You'll Bring: You'll be an experienced construction or infrastructure project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing complex projects to life. You'll Have: Strong project delivery experience within EV charging, energy, utilities, infrastructure, highways, retail or operational environments. Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and contractors. Knowledge of construction delivery, commissioning and handover processes. Commercial awareness, including budget management, cost control and NEC contracts. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across a regional portfolio. Why join us?
