Are you passionate about bringing ideas to life through unforgettable events? We’re looking for a dynamic Event Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our trade show strategy across North America - researching, planning, and executing events that showcase our brand, engage customers, and create lasting impact. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves details, and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional experiences. Job Responsibilities Own the planning and execution of domestic trade shows, from research to post-event reporting. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Partner with design, operations, and creative teams to bring booth concepts to life and organize product/sample needs. Manage exhibition inventory and proactively source supplies to stay show-ready. Oversee logistics such as accommodations, shipping, material handling, and on-site setup/tear-down — comfortable rolling up your sleeves or coordinating contractors as needed to ensure a flawless booth build. Serve as the primary contact with trade show organizers, ensuring compliance with rules and deadlines. Drive pre-show marketing campaigns through web, email, and social media to boost attendance and engagement. Collect feedback, track results, and prepare post-show reports to measure success and identify improvements. Travel and represent the TiMOTION at industry trade shows. Skills/Qualifications Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, with the flexibility to work independently or as part of a team. Professional judgment and strong communication skills. Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media/marketing tools (graphic design experience is a plus). A proactive problem-solver who enjoys bringing creative ideas to life. Education/Experience Relevant experience in event coordination, marketing, or communications is highly valued. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required. 2+ years of marketing and/or event coordination experience preferred. Previous trade shows or logistics experience is an advantage.
