We’re looking for an Events & Experience Coordinator who loves bringing great experiences to life — from the first idea through to the final pack-down.
You’ll coordinate a diverse calendar of events across Lendi Group, including broker and partner events, team celebrations, offsites, training sessions, town halls and national experiences. With our purpose-built Sydney office also serving as an events hub, you’ll be right at the heart of making sure every detail comes together and every event runs seamlessly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, loves the buzz of event day and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for others.
- Bring events to life: Coordinate events end-to-end, from planning and logistics through to setup, on-the-day delivery, pack-down and post-event follow-up.
- Own a varied events calendar: Deliver state-based and national events across our broker, partner and team member communities, including offsites, training sessions, celebrations and internal experiences.
- Make our Sydney events shine: Take a hands-on role in delivering town halls, partner sessions and other experiences hosted at our purpose-built Sydney events hub.
- Keep every detail on track: Coordinate venues, catering, suppliers, schedules, equipment and all the moving pieces that make an event run smoothly.
- Build great supplier relationships: Partner with venues, caterers and event suppliers to deliver high-quality experiences and keep everything running to plan.
- Stay on top of the numbers: Support event budgets, cost tracking, reporting and related event administration.
- Create a great environment: From time to time, lend a hand with the presentation and readiness of our Sydney office and event spaces, working with our Guest Services team to ensure everything is looking its best.
- Be the calm in the action: Troubleshoot last-minute changes and unexpected challenges, finding practical solutions and keeping the experience seamless for everyone involved.
- What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, workplace experience or a similar hands-on delivery role.
- Experience coordinating events end-to-end, including planning, logistics, suppliers, setup, on-the-day execution and follow-up.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to keep multiple events and priorities moving at once.
- A proactive, hands-on approach — you spot what needs doing and make it happen.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across internal stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
- A warm, professional and service-oriented approach to creating great experiences.
- The ability to stay calm, adaptable and solutions-focused when plans inevitably change.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience delivering corporate, partner, broker or internal employee events.
- Experience coordinating events across multiple locations or states.
- Experience working with event budgets, suppliers and cost tracking.
- Familiarity with Slack, Atlassian tools or similar collaboration platforms.
- Experience supporting events within a dedicated office, workplace or event space.
