Events & Logistics Intern
ISH is a paid community for women building careers and businesses: we run retreats, live workshops, online masterclasses, and a (NEW!) members app launching this year.
Our events are a big part of what we do, and putting them together properly takes real groundwork.
You’ll be the person doing that groundwork:
researching, reaching out, tracking, and making sure the details are right (no worries, we will direct you and brief you every step of the way!)
Your day to day
Research & Scouting
- Research venues, suppliers, and partners from briefs we give you
- Build comparison docs we can decide from
- Look & scout locations across Europe
Outreach & Coordination
- Send first-contact emails to venues and vendors
- Follow up
- Support logistics in the run-up to events
Website & Admin
- Keep the events page current and accurate
- Upload new events and edit details as things change
- Make sure nothing is out of date
This role is for you if...
You get satisfaction from having everything in order: a clean spreadsheet, a followed-up email, a detail that didn't slip.
You're drawn to the world of events and experiences and want to understand how the good ones actually come together.
You want to be close to a brand and a community you'd actually want to be part of, not just a name on a placement.
You're reliable, easy to work with, and looking to get your hands on real projects outside of university or personal work.
