IT Program Manager - 12 Month FTC

Your Role: We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in managing multiple small-to-mid scale IT Programs. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, as the individual will be responsible for managing — directly or indirectly — a number of project management professionals across various disciplines. A Program Manager at Citco is expected to think strategically, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes. Main Responsibilities: Take overall accountability for successful program delivery (on-time, on-budget, on-scope) Foresee risks and challenges; provide timely and transparent communication to stakeholders Develop program-level plans aligned to strategic business objectives Build strong working relationships with IT and business team leads Ensure clear, concise, and proactive communication with senior management Maintain alignment across stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging Ensure business cases and product concepts align with strategic objectives Support the PMO in establishing project management processes and tools Provide strategic direction and guidance to Project Managers and delivery teams Oversee and mentor team members throughout the program lifecycle About You: 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager Demonstrated experience establishing and executing governance frameworks Experience managing enterprise-scale, cross-functional projects Strong working knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence Understanding of capital markets and financial services environments Education & Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field Professional PM certifications preferred (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) Skills Leadership - Strong team management and people development Communication - Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder engagement skills Program Management - end-to-end program and project delivery expertise Financial Acumen - budgeting, forecasting and cost management Risk Management - Proactive identification, assessment and mitigation Change Management - experience leading organisational and process change Our Benefits Your wellbeing is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
