Events Manager / Production Manager - Events (Hybrid)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee the end-to-end execution of events, brand activations, and promotional initiatives.
• Manage production teams, project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers, venues, talents, and other partners to coordinate seamless event execution from preparation through completion.
• Monitor project milestones, address operational challenges, and ensure all deliverables meet expected quality and execution standards.
• Work closely with account and creative teams to translate concepts into practical, well-executed events and activations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in event production, brand activations, experiential marketing, or a similar field.
• Strong communication, coordination, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet project deadlines.
