Evidence, Research & Learning Specialist Be part of a global movement creating fairer trade and building a better future for people, planet and pay. We're looking for an experienced Evidence, Research & Learning Specialist to help ensure Fairtrade learns from evidence and uses that learning to maximise impact. You'll lead research and evidence activities, translate complex findings into practical insights and help embed learning across the organisation. Working across teams, you'll strengthen impact measurement, support evidence-based decision-making and ensure producer voices remain central to Fairtrade Foundation’s work and storytelling. About you You'll have experience in applied research, monitoring and evaluation, or evidence generation, with strong analytical and communication skills. You'll be comfortable turning complex research into accessible insights and passionate about using evidence to drive positive change. Why join us?
