About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration and Custody are Citco’s core business within the Fund of Funds Operations, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Custody Services team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

• You will report into the Head of Custody Operations

• Review and support new client mandates, including RFP analysis, response completion, and custody-specific input.

• Represent Custody in new business pitches, mandate meetings, and client presentations.

• Perform FTE and resource forecasting to support new client onboarding and business growth initiatives.

• Overall leadership and coaching of staff including SVPs, VPs, Managers, Supervisors and their direct reports.

• Oversee the daily operations of the global teams and provide support and guidance in accomplishing department goals, service levels and client deliverables

• Oversee recruitment, staff assessment and capacity planning

• Communication is key – we expect you to establish client communication matrix to ensure appropriate channels are in place (periodic health checks etc.).

• You will establish, manage & monitor client SLA’s and generate MIS KPI reporting for internal and external consumption.

• You will be working on new client on boarding alongside our integration team to establish plan for new client setup and transitions.

• You will collaborate with internal functional groups including Bank Management.

• Undertake ongoing and ad-hoc operational reviews, participate in global policy decisions, lead workshops to establish and modify operational workflows.

• Review performance reports and dashboards across teams to ensure targets are met.

• Develop, maintain and validate department operational procedures and guidelines.

• Create an environment of co-operation and initiative through appropriate delegation, empowerment, training and motivation.

• Anticipate and resolve work concerns and exercise sound judgment to make appropriate adjustments as necessary.

• Contribute to the roll out and success of the Global processing initiative, working closely with colleagues in multiple locations globally.

• You will be responsible for Risk Management by conducting CRA’s where appropriate.

About You:

• You have 15+ years’ experience working at a fund administrator specializing in hedge funds and fund of funds.

• You have strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals.

• You are great in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis

• You can demonstrate your project management skills with attention to detail and prove the ability to multi-task.

• You are great communicator.

• You hold a degree in Accounting or related field, CPA designation would be an advantage.
