Work Arrangement: This role may be either fully remote or hybrid. If fully remote, it is with the expectation of working remotely on a full-time basis from an approved work location, with in-office presence and travel as required. If a hybrid schedule, it is with an expectation of approximately 3 days per week working on-site in Glastonbury, CT with flexibility for remote work with manager approval.
The Executive Account Manager serves as the lead service team member for a portfolio of large, complex real estate accounts, typically a minimum of $50,000k in annual commission revenue. Working closely with the Risk Advisor, this role is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of sophisticated insurance programs, including coverage administration, renewal coordination, marketing support, carrier communications, policy analysis, client deliverables, and issue resolution. The Executive Account Manager brings advanced technical insurance expertise, ensures exceptional service execution, and helps drive client retention through accuracy, responsiveness, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance programs for habitational, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, property management risks, etc.
- Manage policies, endorsements, audits, certificates, binders, claims, and coverage changes.
- Partner with Risk Advisors on renewals, carrier marketing efforts, carrier negotiations, and client deliverables.
- Analyze policy language, identify exposures, and recommend coverage solutions.
- Lead complex renewal processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Prepare and maintain applications, loss data, schedules, proposals, and coverage summaries.
- Resolve complex coverage, carrier, and client service issues.
- Maintain statements of values, ownership schedules, premium allocations, lease reviews, and related property data.
- Communicate proactively and collaborate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, consistency, and client experience.
- Support client retention through technical expertise, responsiveness, and service excellence.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge support to service team members.
- Maintain expertise in insurance products, carrier appetites, market trends, and emerging real estate risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity records in agency systems.
- Follow agency processes, confidentiality standards, and meet quality metrics.
- Work on projects and other work as assigned.
- Effectively utilize MS Office, including advanced Excel skills, agency systems, and other business technologies.
- Skillfully use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to aid work and efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to support clients and agency goals.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial lines account management experience required, preferably within an independent agency.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Experience managing complex real estate accounts and property portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance coverages.
- CIC, CISR, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or comparable designation preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this position ranges from $99,300 - $138,400. The base pay offered will consider experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The stated range reflects the Company's good-faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of posting.
Eligible employees may participate in comprehensive benefit programs, including medical and dental insurance, a 401K plan, paid time off, and licensing, and continuing education reimbursement.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.
