Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Office Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience working within a professional corporate environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Professional, polished, and customer-service-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and leadership logistics
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities
- Support leadership with administrative and operational initiatives
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with various stakeholders
- Process expense reports and related documentation
- Assist with project coordination and special business initiatives
- Help maintain organization and accountability across multiple priorities
- Provide day-to-day support to a dynamic executive leadership team

Job Type & Location

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
