We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Executive Assistant to join our organization in Detroit, United States. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior executives, ensuring smooth operations and enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and presentations for executive leadership Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications with professionalism and discretion Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information and documents Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents with accuracy and attention to detail Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency Coordinate special projects and events as assigned by executive leadership Serve as a liaison between executives and internal departments to facilitate communication and collaboration Track expenses, manage budgets, and maintain financial records related to executive operations Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record management High School Diploma/G.E.D. required in order to compose and prepare a variety of confidential reports, tables, memorandums, etc. Associates Degree in business or a secretarial field from a business school or college preferred. 3-5 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency with scheduling software, email platforms, and project management tools Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Experience with travel coordination and expense management Familiarity with CRM software or database management systems (preferred) Experience preparing executive presentations and reports (preferred) Knowledge of corporate protocols and business etiquette (preferred)
