About the Opportunity


A private equity-backed global professional services organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level operational execution and strategic support to members of the Executive Leadership Team. This full-time, remote position requires an individual who can balance core administrative responsibilities with commercial awareness, sound judgment, and discretion across a dynamic, cross-functional environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide executive support to members of the Executive Leadership Team, managing complex and competing priorities across multiple executives, geographies, and time zones.
  • Proactively evaluate competing demands, exercising sound judgment regarding urgency, sequencing, and trade-offs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive view of executive commitments and priorities, identifying schedule conflicts and ensuring critical matters receive prompt attention.
  • Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute adjustments.
  • Ensure executives are prepared for internal and external meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, context, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare expense reports, handle administrative documentation, and draft correspondence and internal communications.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner and discreet gatekeeper, tracking key initiatives, supporting business objectives, and maintaining visibility into leadership priorities.
  • Represent senior leaders professionally with clients, board members, investors, and internal colleagues.
  • Interface with cross-functional stakeholders across the United States, the United Kingdom, and global teams to support operational alignment.
  • Support special projects and business transformation initiatives as needed.


Required Qualifications


  • 5+ years of progressive executive support experience, including direct support of C-suite or senior executives.
  • Professional experience in professional services, consulting, legal, financial services, or another complex client-service or high-growth environment.
  • Background in an office administration, facilities, operations, or executive support role.
  • Demonstrated track record of independently managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meeting preparation, and communications with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • Proven discretion handling highly confidential and sensitive business information.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Calm demeanor under pressure, with the capability to anticipate executive needs and resolve issues proactively.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience simultaneously supporting multiple senior executives.
  • Background working within a private equity-backed, global, or rapidly scaling organization.
  • Experience providing administrative support to board-level leadership.
  • Residence on the East Coast of the United States.


Location and Schedule


  • Employment Type: Full time
  • Location: Remote within the United States, with a requirement to reside in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone (East Coast preferred).
  • Standard Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, with flexibility required to support executive needs outside standard hours as business demands dictate.
