Job Description

Female Executive Assistant to Service Quality Director

Location: South West Region - Home-based (Preferably close to Truro, Cornwall)

Salary: Up to £23,639.51 per annum + Benefits & Mileage

Hours: 24 hours/week over 3 days (Permanent)

Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence & vehicle access

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as a trusted partner to our Service Quality Director, who brings lived experience of a learning disability to their executive leadership and Board position.


This isn't just standard admin—it’s an empowering, high-impact partnership combining executive support, travel coordination, and quality improvement

Key Responsibilities


  • Executive Support: Diary management, meeting coordination, agendas, and board documentation.
  • Travel & Access: Accompany and transport the Director on regional service and site visits.
  • Accessible Working: Prepare clear, accessible briefings, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Quality & Projects: Assist with quality assurance projects and stakeholder engagement.


Key Requirements


  • Proven executive, project, or senior administrative experience (or strong transferable skills).
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, patient, and committed to inclusive leadership.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
