Executive Assistant
Dublin 2 | Hybrid Working | €48K–€52K + Bonus & Benefits
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join a leading global financial services organisation based in Dublin 2.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and collaborative business with a strong international presence. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, this role will suit a proactive, polished, and adaptable professional who enjoys operating in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting executive operations while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full Executive Assistant support to the CEO
- Manage complex diary coordination, meetings, and scheduling
- Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documentation
- Manage confidential correspondence and communications
- Organise meetings, team events, and group travel arrangements
- Support day-to-day office administration and coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and facilities providers
- Support Health & Safety coordination and office compliance
- Take meeting minutes and track actions where required
About You
- 2+ years’ experience within an Executive Assistant or PA role
- Previous experience within a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong diary management and travel coordination experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Highly professional with strong attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- Experience within financial services is advantageous but not essential
