Position Summary


Brief Overview

Provides dedicated executive-level administrative and operational support to the two Vice Presidents. Serves as a trusted partner, proactively managing executive priorities, coordinating complex activities, and ensuring seamless operations across sales leadership teams. Identifies opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiency, and support strategic business objectives while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational effectiveness.


What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to two senior sales leaders, managing complex calendars, prioritizing competing demands, and coordinating meetings, events, and business engagements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, professional, and effective communication on behalf of executive leadership.
  • Coordinate and support sales leadership meetings, team calls, area business planning reviews, client engagements, and team training, including agenda development, logistics, presentation preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage domestic travel arrangements, expense reporting for sales leadership and various team members, processing and submitting invoices for sponsorships, tradeshows and client events while ensuring compliance with company policies and budget requirements.
  • Compile and update various reports, client listings, distribution lists, presentations, dashboards, and executive communications.
  • Serve as CyberGrants Superuser (“Super-users” are responsible for collecting the completed non-charitable exhibit form and approval documentation and entering into CyberGrants)
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives by tracking and updating milestones, gathering information, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and monitoring action items to ensure successful execution.
  • Oversee sensitive and confidential business information, including sales performance data, organizational changes, customer information, and executive communications with discretion and integrity.
  • Establish and maintain efficient workflows and administrative processes that improve productivity and support organizational effectiveness for the sales leadership team.
  • Partner with sales, finance, human resources, marketing, and operations teams to facilitate communication, support business priorities, and drive execution of key deliverables.
  • Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolve administrative challenges, and identify opportunities to improve processes that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Provide additional administrative and project support as needed to ensure continuity of operations and successful execution of organizational priorities.

For This Role You Will Need

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders, preferably within a sales, healthcare, or highly matrixed corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and executive schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, executive meetings, and business initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Copilot, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, internal partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work a CST or EST work schedule day shift

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Experience supporting Vice President-level leadership or senior executives.
  • Knowledge of sales organizations, business operations, and project coordination practices.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and business communications for senior leadership audiences.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$22.59 - $58.85

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
