Remote | Early Career | Founder Apprenticeship
Want a front-row seat to how successful founders build companies, invest, and make decisions?
We're looking for a sharp, resourceful, and dependable Executive Assistant to work directly with the founders of V0, a San Francisco-based investment and technology business.
Think of this as an apprenticeship: you'll learn firsthand from experienced founders and top-tier VCs while becoming a trusted partner in managing their professional and personal priorities.
We're looking for someone who wants to excel in this role over the next several years. As you earn trust, you'll gain greater autonomy and responsibility, building skills that could eventually lead toward Chief of Staff, operations leadership, or entrepreneurship.
We value exceptional thinking, writing, and follow-through far more than years of experience.
- Manage schedules, travel, appointments, and logistics.
- Draft communications and coordinate with partners and service providers.
- Research problems, evaluate options, and recommend solutions.
- Track commitments and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Anticipate needs and handle both business and personal priorities.
- Great communication: You write exceptionally well and communicate clearly.
- Good judgment: You think logically, solve problems, and know when to ask.
- Reliability: You're responsive, organized, and follow through without reminders.
- Initiative with humility: You're eager to learn, comfortable taking direction, and proactive once you understand what's needed.
- Flexibility: You can adapt to changing schedules, including evening Pacific Time overlap, without an expectation of excessive hours.
Recent graduates are welcome. Some startup or founder exposure is helpful, but previous EA experience isn't required. Remote work is fine.
Learn directly from accomplished founders and investors, earn meaningful trust and autonomy, and develop skills that will serve you throughout your career.
