* Accompany the CEO on frequent domestic and international business trips.

* Plan and coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and itineraries.

* Manage meetings, reservations, appointments, and logistics while travelling.

* Provide on-the-ground assistance during business trips, conferences, and corporate events.

* Handle last-minute itinerary changes, disruptions, and unexpected situations.

* Ensure travel schedules are efficient, comfortable, and well coordinated.

3. Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management

* Assist with personal appointments, reservations, errands, and day-to-day arrangements.

* Coordinate dining reservations, personal travel, social engagements, and other lifestyle requirements.

* Manage personal schedules alongside professional commitments.

* Liaise with external service providers, vendors, and household or lifestyle-related contacts when necessary.

* Handle confidential personal matters with professionalism and discretion.

* Anticipate the CEO’s requirements and proactively arrange necessary support.

4. Coordination & Special Projects

* Support ad hoc assignments and special projects across the Group’s businesses.

* Conduct research, prepare summaries, and coordinate with relevant parties.

* Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure completion.

* Act as a reliable point of coordination between the CEO and relevant internal or external stakeholders.

* Assist in organizing business functions, executive meetings, and private engagements.
