As a trusted advisor and operational partner to Cybersecurity leadership, you'll help drive efficiency, coordination, and execution across the organization.

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) provides advanced administrative and operational support to executive leadership within Enterprise Cybersecurity. This highly visible role serves as a trusted partner to the CISO and leadership team, managing complex schedules, coordinating executive priorities, facilitating communications, and supporting organizational effectiveness initiatives.

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information while operating in a fast-paced environment.

This role is a hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Executive Support

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Information Security Officer and Cybersecurity leadership team.
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and executive priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, leadership forums, town halls, and executive events.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and executive correspondence.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming communications and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Support executive communications, leadership updates, and organizational announcements.
  • Build effective partnerships across Technology, Cybersecurity, Human Resources, Finance, and other business functions.

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, off-sites, employee engagement activities, and special events.
  • Facilitate meeting logistics, conference room arrangements, virtual meeting technology, and catering as needed.
  • Track meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.

Administrative Operations

  • Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, vendor payments, and procurement documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new employees and contractors.
  • Maintain organizational records, files, and documentation.
  • Support departmental workflows and approval processes.

Travel Management

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Develop detailed travel itineraries and manage related logistics.
  • Address travel changes and scheduling conflicts as needed.

Technology & Collaboration Support

  • Support collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and assist with technology setup and troubleshooting.
  • Generate reports and distribute information to support leadership decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 1year of experience in advanced administrative support.

OR

High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in administrative support.

Additional Requirements:

  • 10+ years of executive administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting C-level or senior executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • SharePoint
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
  • Experience planning executive meetings, leadership events, and off-site activities.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Executive presence and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
