Join CuraScript Specialty Distribution as an Executive Assistant, where you will serve as a trusted partner to the President and Leadership Team. In this highly visible role, you will help drive organizational effectiveness by coordinating executive priorities, enabling leadership operations, and supporting strategic initiatives that contribute to business growth and long-term success. Duties & Responsibilities Provide proactive executive support to the President of CuraScript Specialty Distribution, and other leaders as needed, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and executive communications. Anticipate leadership needs and identify solutions that improve time management, prioritization, and operational effectiveness. Manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, business reviews, town halls, and other executive forums. Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and leadership communications that support effective decision-making. Track key decisions, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure accountability and timely execution. Support annual planning activities, organizational events, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership operating rhythms. Assist with budget tracking, expense management, vendor coordination, and administrative processes. Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted resource for leaders, team members, and business partners. Partner effectively with the Chief of Staff, President, Leadership Team, and administrative professionals across the enterprise to support strategic priorities. Qualifications 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment. Demonstrated experience managing executive calendars, competing priorities, and complex schedules. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and related collaboration tools. Outstanding organizational, communication, project coordination, and relationship management skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across a matrixed organization. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Experience supporting executive leadership teams and enterprise-wide initiatives. Experience coordinating leadership events, town halls, strategic planning activities, or business reviews. Experience working in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, distribution, or a related industry. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 33 - 49 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
