Job Description
• Provide day-to-day operational support directly to the Operations Manager across a variety of ongoing firm projects
• Help compile, organize, and standardize internal procedures and documentation, including building out the firm’s employee handbook
• Coordinate the firm’s website relaunch by communicating approved website updates to the external web developer, CC’ing the Operations Manager, and tracking and following up on requested changes; no direct website or WordPress editing required
• Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets and reports in Excel
• Provide overflow support to attorneys when the paralegal is unavailable, such as preparing basic legal documents
• Manage email correspondence and follow-ups related to assigned projects
• Take on additional ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
Must Haves
• This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines • Mid- to senior-level experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems • Self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when coordinating with external vendors and web developers • Flexible and willing to adapt to shifting priorities, including cross-training on basic paralegal responsibilities
Nice to Haves
• Experience working in a law office or legal setting • Familiarity with legal documents and paralegal-type tasks (e.g., subpoena preparation) • Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, or employee handbooks • Experience coordinating website projects or acting as a liaison with web developers • Familiarity with scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms
