Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meetings to ensure efficient day-today operations.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
• Lead administrative support activities for senior executives and help ensure clear and effective communication across the organization.
• Coordinate and oversee projects and initiatives to ensure timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and overall business operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to team members to support their performance and professional growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support
business and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare, review, and analyze KPI reports to support performance monitoring and informed decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage resources effectively and achieve optimal business outcomes.
• Use effective questioning and communication skills to address concerns, manage conflicts, and facilitate appropriate resolutions.
• Promote continuous learning, adaptability, and curiosity within the team to
encourage innovation and improvement.
• Ensure administrative and operational activities adhere to established professional, technical, and organizational standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a people management role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a mid-shift schedule.
Skills:
• Strong experience in executive/administrative support and stakeholder
management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and identify opportunities for business process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in performance and KPI analysis.
• Experience in database administration and resource management.
• Familiarity with forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to ask
thoughtful and strategic questions.
• Proven ability to coach, provide feedback, and support the development of team members.
