💼 Executive Assistant (Marketing and Outreach) 🌍 LatAm 🏠 Remote About Our Client Our client is a digital health startup building a full-stack chronic pain management platform for people living with conditions like migraines and fibromyalgia, conditions traditional healthcare has often dismissed or misdiagnosed. Built with clinical advisors from institutions like Harvard and Mayo Clinic, the platform combines voice-first symptom logging, wearable-based flare prediction, and access to pain-specialized clinicians. It has 10,000+ community members, a well-reviewed iOS app, and is HIPAA compliant. About the Role Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the founder across outreach, marketing, content, and day-to-day operations. This is not a traditional EA role: you'll do real creative and outreach work alongside operational support, reaching out to doctors, hospitals, and influencers, supporting marketing initiatives, producing basic design and video assets, and helping prepare fundraising materials. Responsibilities Conduct outreach to doctors, hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare influencers, drafting personalized messages and maintaining an organized pipeline Support marketing initiatives including campaign coordination, content scheduling, and platform management Produce basic design assets in Canva or Figma and edit short-form videos for social and marketing content Write clear, on-brand content for posts, emails, and other communications Assist with fundraising decks and investor materials, including investor research and outreach coordination Manage the founder's calendar, scheduling, and inbox Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks, anticipating needs without being asked What We're Looking For Experience at a venture-backed startup or fast-moving early-stage company Proficiency in Canva or Figma, with basic video editing skills for social content Strong written English communication for outreach, content, and correspondence Exceptionally responsive, highly organized, and self-directed across multiple workstreams Comfortable with shifting priorities and a genuine interest in health, wellness, or mission-driven tech Nice to Have Experience conducting outreach to medical professionals, healthcare organizations, or health influencers Background supporting fundraising activities (investor research, deck prep, outreach coordination) Familiarity with digital health, chronic care, or patient-facing healthcare products Experience managing social media accounts or content calendars for a startup brand Prior experience supporting a founder or CEO in a high-trust, high-variety role Work Schedule 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive This position operates on a full-time basis, with dedicated hours to ensure alignment with the team and delivery of quality work Availability during US business hours Compensation & Time Off Compensation paid in USD Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th Paid Time Off according to company policy Holidays observed according to company guidelines Application Requirements Please submit: An updated resume A portfolio link or examples showing design work, content, or outreach materials you've produced (Canva or Figma examples preferred) A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, describing your experience at a startup, and walking through one example of outreach or marketing work you're proud of Only candidates who submit both examples and a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
