Your role

As an Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership, you will provide high-level administrative, operational, and business support to senior leaders, ensuring effective coordination, follow-up, and execution of key business priorities. You will act as a trusted partner, helping to manage executive activities, facilitate communication, and maintain alignment across stakeholders. This role offers broad exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to take ownership of initiatives as the business continues to evolve.

Your tasks

  • Coordinate Executive Committee (ExCo) activities, including meeting logistics, travel arrangements, agenda preparation, and follow-up on actions and decisions
  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination across the organization.
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on key actions, deliverables, and business priorities.
  • Support senior leaders in managing day-to-day business operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Establish structure and consistency around meetings, action tracking, and reporting processes.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve ways of working and take ownership of additional responsibilities and initiatives as the role evolves

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing direct support to senior leaders (Director, VP, C-level) as an Executive Assistant, Business Support Specialist, Administrative Coordinator,
    or in a similar role.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or above, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent planning, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable operating with discretion and professionalism in a corporate environment, including handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build credibility and trust with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
