Executive Assistant Training Specialist

TalentPop App is a fast-growing e-commerce agency supporting 250+ brands with customer experience and operational solutions. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant Training Specialist to train, assess, and support Executive Assistant talent.

Location: Fully remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines, South Africa, and Jamaica.

What You’ll Do

• Host training classes via Zoom, with camera-on participation for 50–70% of your shift.
• Train new hires on company policies, tools, software, and role expectations.
• Conduct onboarding training, assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching on Calendar Management, Email Management, Travel Management, Project Management, and Executive Client Support.
• Work with Team Leads to evaluate trainee performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and update training materials, resources, and training plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, coaching, or employee development.
• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant preferred.
• Experience in at least 2–3 of the following: Executive Assistance, Calendar Management, Travel Management, Email Management, Project Management, or client support.
• Working knowledge of the Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant industry.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Calendar, Gmail/Outlook, Notion, Canva, Trainual, or Loom.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong coaching, organization, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging and motivating learners in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of training experience.
• At least 1 year of Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant experience.
• Experience with at least 2–3 core EA functions, such as calendar, email, travel, or project management.

Tech Requirements

• Personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM.
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum 40 Mbps download and upload speed.
