  • Translate business strategy into prioritized capabilities, requirements, operating model changes, and delivery plans in partnership with business and technology leaders.

  • Maintain executive-level visibility into transformation progress, risks, dependencies, organizational readiness, and business outcomes.

  • Design and manage governance structures, decision-making forums, executive reporting, dependency management, and escalation processes.

  • Lead cross-functional efforts related to process redesign, business readiness, change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators, adoption metrics, benefits realization measures, and operational performance indicators.

  • Identify and mitigate transformation risks, resource constraints, organizational impacts, and readiness gaps to support successful execution.

  • Communicate priorities, progress, decisions, risks, and impacts to executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, and key stakeholders.

  • Build and develop a high-performing transformation team capable of leading complex, technology-enabled change initiatives.

  • Drive accountability through clear performance expectations, coaching, talent development, and performance management.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and accountability for measurable business results.

Required Qualifications

The candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. • Strong strategic planning and program leadership skills, including prioritization, resource allocation, risk and dependency management, performance measurement, and delivery of measurable business results.

  • Executive-level stakeholder management and influence, with the ability to align senior leaders, facilitate complex decision-making, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.

  • Expert problem-solving and analytical capabilities, including evaluating complex business challenges, balancing competing priorities, and implementing sustainable solutions in dynamic environments.

  • Demonstrated success leading organizational change, including process redesign, business readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of large-scale business and technology transformations.

  • Experience establishing and monitoring KPIs, benefits realization metrics, adoption measures, and operational performance indicators to assess progress and business impact.
