Executive Function Coach — Remote, Full-Time

$1,500 USD/month + Zoom Pro & Google Workspace accounts provided.

Training Program

While you are expected to bring academic and clinical expertise, learning is a continuous process at Get Up and Flow. On day one, you will begin a comprehensive training program developed by our Executive Leadership Team. Our methodology combines rigorous proprietary methods and protocols with key peer-reviewed research on executive function, ADHD, and the brain. Once the paid training period is completed, you will start the role – with the full, ongoing assistance of our Clinical Support Team, assistive technologies, and follow-on education as new data and research continues to shape our field.

The Role

You will serve as the daily executive function coach for up to 5 U.S.-based clients with ADHD. Each day: a structured morning check-in (Zoom), gentle transition reminders (WhatsApp), and client-optional strategy sessions - all grounded in our proprietary & current research-backed curriculum and methodology. You will embrace neurodivergent-affirming principles and a deep understanding of executive function to deliver innovative and lasting structure for your clients.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern, Monday-Friday. That's daytime hours throughout the Americas.

Who We Are

Get Up and Flow is led by Dr. Bruce Parsons, MD, PhD - a New York psychiatrist with 30 years in private practice — and Brian Fischman, a systems architect & product leader (2x Fortune 50) who brings lived ADHD experience to every aspect of the model. You will be trained in our proprietary coaching frameworks and work with clinical leadership that understands both the science and the daily reality of executive function challenges. You'll be supported by cutting-edge coaching tools we build in-house — tech that does the remembering so you can do the coaching.

Requirements

• Master's in Clinical Psychology, or a 5+ year licensed psychology degree (e.g., Licenciatura en Psicología with matrícula)
• Strong spoken and written English
• Reliable fiber internet and a quiet, private workspace for confidential video sessions
• Experience with ADHD, executive function challenges, or neurodivergent populations preferred
