Location: About the role: As Executive Leadership Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to senior executives and their leadership team. You play a critical role in enabling efficient decision-making, seamless collaboration, and effective execution across the business. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are highly proactive, detail-oriented, and trusted to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion. The impact you’ll make: Administrative Support Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while ensuring effective prioritization of time and commitments Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents to support executive decision-making Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and smooth follow-up on key topics Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal as well as external stakeholders Meeting & Event Coordination Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, note-taking, and follow-up on actions Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, business reviews, and company events Ensure effective communication and alignment between leadership teams and key stakeholders Project & Operations Management Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion and accountability Support executives in driving key initiatives and operational priorities Collaborate cross-functionally to improve ways of working and enhance operational efficiency Communication & Relationship Management Draft, review, and proofread executive communications, presentations, and reports Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners Represent executives professionally in meetings and communications when required Facilitate clear and effective communication across leadership teams and stakeholders The skills and knowledge you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred 5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or similar roles Proven experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives in a corporate environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Google Workspace Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment What we’ll give you in return: Internationally competitive base salary | benchmarked against global industry and market leaders Performance-based Annual Incentive Program | rewarding those who dare and achieve more Top of the market pension scheme | with higher-than-average company contributions Work from home, commuting and phone allowances | to support your daily commute, home office setup & business connectivity Balanced office-based working | With a strong focus on in-office collaboration, we offer flexibility to work from home based on team needs and individual circumstances.
