SALARY: From £42,692.00 pa dependent on experience
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however, flexibility is expected and, given the nature of this role and the need to provide consistent, in-person support to the CEO and CFO, candidates should expect to be office-based for the majority of the working week, with full-time office attendance required when business needs dictate.

We're looking for an Executive Office Manager to be the trusted partner to our CEO and CFO, ensuring executive priorities, governance activities, and strategic initiatives are delivered effectively.
This high-impact role will be instrumental in enabling the Executive Team to focus on key business objectives by providing proactive support, insightful analysis, exceptional organisation, and seamless coordination across a complex stakeholder landscape. Working at the heart of the business, you'll help drive decision-making, governance, communication, and executive effectiveness.

You'll be a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys operating at the centre of business activity.
You'll have a strong delivery mindset, exceptional judgement, and the ability to balance competing priorities whilst building trusted relationships at all levels.
Essential Experience & Skills
Bonus: Discretionary 10% on-target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance)
Pension: Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%). VWFS will pay 6% if employee chooses a 2% employee contribution.
Car schemes*: Choice of Employee Car Ownership (ECO) scheme for petrol/diesel and hybrid vehicles plus car insurance and fuel card (remove as required)
OR Company Car scheme for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) plus car insurance cover for you and a partner/eligible family member.

- Analysing and consolidating complex information into clear, concise, executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, Volkswagen Group, our Brands, and the retailer network.
- Coordinating high-profile meetings, sales conferences, investor events, and executive activities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, reporting, and more efficient ways of working.
- Acting as a calm and credible point of contact within a fast-paced Executive Office environment, handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

- Commercial awareness and confidence operating across a broad range of business activities and stakeholders.
- Experience working within complex, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
- A flexible, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with experience producing executive-quality presentations and briefing materials.
- Experience using reporting, automation, and productivity tools such as Power Automate and Tableau.
