Executive Operations Associate, AI and Automation

This is not a VA role.

We're looking for one sharp operator to work alongside our Director of Sales and Strategy at Stravion Investment, Dubai.

She gives you an objective. You figure out the path, do the work, test it, and bring back results plus the few decisions that need her.

What you'll own:

• Our lead pipeline: research prospects, draft human replies, follow up, keep Zoho CRM clean
• "Find a better way" requests: research, compare, test, recommend, build
• A monthly AI tool radar: what could save us hours, tested, with evidence
• Daily and weekly reports that make decisions fast

You'll fit if you:

• Write clear, warm English a CEO would reply to
• Use Claude or ChatGPT daily for real work, and can show it
• Have built at least one automation (Zapier, Make, n8n)
• Have kept a CRM accurate for months
• Check your work before you call it done
