Executive Operations Coordinator (Corporate Experience Required)

100% Remote

Location: Fully remote within the United States. There is no regular onsite requirement for this position. Employees work remotely on a full-time basis and collaborate through virtual meetings, email, and communication platforms. Occasional team gatherings or leadership events may occur, but participation is infrequent and all approved business travel expenses are fully covered by the company.

Over time, this individual will work closely with executive leadership, support key business initiatives, and develop skills that can lead into Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Project Management, or Business Operations opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Office Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role
  • Experience working in a professional corporate environment
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or business leaders
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities
  • Professional, polished, and customer-service-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Coordinate leadership logistics and executive support activities
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-facing communications
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, action items, and follow-up activities
  • Support leadership with administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders
  • Process expense reports and supporting documentation
  • Assist with project coordination and special business initiatives
  • Help maintain organization and accountability across competing priorities
  • Provide day-to-day support to a dynamic executive leadership team
  • Support special projects that contribute to organization-wide business objectives

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
