Job Title: Executive Operations Leader

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished executive leader with broad operational, financial, and strategic experience. This individual will help guide business performance, support growth initiatives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and lead cross-functional execution in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Operational Leadership

  • Provide executive leadership across business operations and key functional areas.
  • Translate organizational priorities into practical operating plans, goals, and performance measures.
  • Improve processes, organizational effectiveness, scalability, and accountability.
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Financial & P&L Management

  • Manage or support full P&L responsibility, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor business performance and use financial and operational data to guide decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve growth, margins, cash flow, and overall business performance.

Growth & Strategic Initiatives

  • Contribute to the development and execution of long-term growth strategies.
  • Evaluate new markets, partnerships, business models, and investment opportunities.
  • Support expansion into new domestic and international markets.
  • Build relationships with customers, partners, and other key stakeholders.

Program & Project Management

  • Experience building, directing and managing enterprise architecture and implementation teams with scope to include PLM, Digital Threats, and Manufacturing
  • Provide executive guidance for program and project management disciplines, ensuring strategic initiatives are clearly scoped, prioritized, resourced, and executed with accountability.
  • Establish scalable operating frameworks, governance models, and cross-functional review rhythms that improve visibility, decision-making, and execution speed.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce friction, and support growth across teams, business units, and customer-facing functions.

Product & Market Strategy

  • AI development and implementation with application to engineering and PLM processes
  • Support product, service, or solution strategy based on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Lead or contribute to the development and launch of new offerings.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, engineering, finance, and operations to support successful commercialization.
  • Review market feedback and business results to guide portfolio and investment decisions.

People & Organizational Leadership

  • Build and direct international team with project management, PLM and engineering responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams and leaders.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, integrity, innovation, and customer focus.
  • Lead effectively through growth, change, and organizational transformation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Significant progressive leadership experience in operations, general management, or business leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience managing P&L performance and delivering measurable business results.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex strategic initiatives.
  • Strong financial, analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience developing strategy and translating it into effective execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or a related graduate degree.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration.
  • Experience with international expansion, global operations, or cross-border business development.
  • Experience developing product strategy and bringing products, services, or solutions to market.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
  • Experience in a growth-oriented, acquisitive, or evolving organization.

Paid Time Off: All full-time regular exempt employees are eligible for our Discretionary Time Off vacation policy after 90 days from their start date, Discretionary Time Off plan is a non-accrual plan for employees. All full-time regular non-exempt employees are eligible for our Paid Time Off Plan policy after 90 days, Paid Time Off plan is an 3.33 hours accrual per pay period for employees.

Paid Holidays: All full-time employees will receive 8 paid holidays per year. Full-time non-exempt employees receive an extra floater holiday per year.

Paid Sick time: All full-time employees will receive 32 sick hours per year. Part time employees will receive 24 hours or minimum sick time required by the state.
