Executive Property Specialist

Role Description The Executive Property Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in the National Capital Region, Philippines, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the entire property acquisition process, from initial inquiry and consultation to reservation, documentation, and turnover coordination. Daily activities include conducting property tours and presentations, responding to client inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems.

The Executive Property Specialist builds and manages a pipeline of leads, nurtures client relationships, coordinates with internal teams on availability and pricing, and ensures timely follow-up and after-sales support. The role also involves participating in marketing events, collaborating with brokers and partners, and staying updated on project features, market trends, and company policies.
