We're looking for an Executive Researcher to join our close-knit and highly supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience, either from an agency or internal recruitment background, who wants to play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment campaigns at a senior level.

About the Role

As an Executive Researcher, you will support recruitment projects across a diverse range of sectors and disciplines, identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates for senior leadership and specialist appointments. Working closely with our consultants and clients, you'll be responsible for market mapping, candidate generation, research projects, talent engagement and supporting outstanding recruitment processes from start to finish.

This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with organisations across the UK while being part of a collaborative and ambitious team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Researching and identifying senior-level and specialist talent across public and private sector markets.
• Conducting market mapping and talent intelligence projects.
• Engaging with passive and active candidates through a variety of channels.
• Supporting executive search and recruitment campaigns from briefing through to appointment.
• Building and maintaining talent pools and candidate networks.
• Producing high-quality candidate reports and market insights.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every assignment is delivered to the highest standard.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Recruitment experience from either an agency or in-house environment.
• Strong research, communication and organisational skills.
• The confidence to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach and a genuine desire to deliver excellent service.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• A passion for recruitment and helping organisations attract outstanding talent.
