The Role Technology & Transformation Partnership : Act as the Executive Recruitment interface with TA Ops, HR Technology and Talent Management on systems enhancements, process changes and transformation initiatives. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement : Lead efforts to simplify, standardise and improve Executive Recruitment processes, driving efficiency, scalability and an improved stakeholder experience. Process Design & Change Adoption : Represent Executive Recruitment within broader HR and COE-led transformation programmes, ensuring process changes are designed with Executive Recruitment requirements in mind and successfully adopted. Flexible Search Delivery Support : Provide additional executive search capacity during peak demand periods, recruiter bandwidth constraints or critical hiring activity, ensuring continuity of delivery. Who You Are Required Skills and Experience Significant experience in Executive Recruitment, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or HR Transformation. Demonstrated experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives within a complex, global organisation. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders, teams, and regions. Experience designing, implementing, and embedding new processes, operating models, or ways of working. Strong understanding of executive hiring processes and the operational requirements that support successful search delivery. Experience partnering with HR Technology, Talent Management, or Centres of Excellence on systems, process, or organisational change initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive decision-making. Experience working with ATS and CRM platforms, including Workday and reporting tools, to support recruitment operations and process effectiveness. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive adoption across diverse audiences. Proven ability to balance strategic transformation work with hands-on operational support and delivery.
